What we will do

• Work from your office or offsite (in or out of standard office hours)
• Use your existing system or work with you to develop a system best suited to your needs
• Work with you to identify your target market and purchase databases accordingly (cost will not be charged)
• Contact potential clients and inform them of your services (via email, fax and/or phone), gathering appropriate information along the way
• Keep you informed at all times
• Be on contract so you don't need to worry about employee costs

How we will get started

  • Meet with you to discuss your requirements
  • Look at your existing systems and discuss a reporting system, helping you establish an easy transition
  • Create an action plan of when and how we will handle your requirements
  • Determine if you would prefer us to work from your office or offsite
  • Hold monthly follow-up meetings to reassess and create an action plan for the next period

    Costs

  • $50+GST per hour, plus an additional set cost for any email, fax or postal campaigns (depending on the volume)
  • We recommend working with your existing database and purchasing a database of your target market. Any material, database purchase and mobile costs will be on-charged.
  • This covers all offsite costs, including all office expenses (such as national calls).
