Debt collection

How the Process Works If your customers aren't paying and it is time to play hardball, you have come to the right place.
A Debt Collector for your customers that aren't paying.

One off cost of $55 plus GST and NO commission, we will get you results

You will start by emailing us the signed contract, a copy of the debtors invoice and their contact details

We will send a letter and/or email to the debtor, informing them that they have been handed over to the debt collector and have seven days to pay or make contact to discuss

After 10 working days we will then start phoning, emailing or texting to push for a result

If the amount is still not paid, we will mark them as a bad debtor on Equifax (Baycorp) so their credit rating is damaged

Finally, we will make contact with you to decide on the next step, such as court action and the costs involved moving forward
