How the process works
  • We are on call to collect your payments when required.  An on call Accounts Receivable (Accounts Persons) role, following up on your overdue accounts
  • We can work in or out of standard office hours, depending on your client's availability
  • We can complete our work using your trial balance, monthly statements or invoices, provided we have contact details or work with you accounting system e.g Xero
  • We will provide a full report, so you know exactly what has taken place with your clients
  • We will represent your company, so all contact is done in a professional and courteous manner, and a great opportunity to solve any queries
  • Working on contract, you don't need to worry about employee considerations with us (ACC, holiday pay, sick leave, Kiwi Saver etc.)
  • We work when required, so you don’t have to worry about weekly wages

If your customers aren't paying and it is time to play hardball, you have come to the right place.

A Debt Collector for your customers that aren't paying.

One off cost of $55 plus GST and NO commission, we will get you results.

How the process works

  • You will start by emailing us the signed contract, a copy of the debtors invoice and their contact details
  • We will send a letter and/or email to the debtor, informing them that they have been handed over to the debt collector and have seven days to pay or make contact to discuss
  • After 10 working days we will then start phoning, emailing or texting to push for a result
  • If the amount is still not paid, we will mark them as a bad debtor on Equifax (Baycorp) so their credit rating is damaged
  • Finally, we will make contact with you to decide on the next step, such as court action and the costs involved moving forward

Are you looking for the right Property Manager for your Rental Property?  We will look after your Rental Investment as if it was our own, with the personal approach to both landlords and tenants.

Keeping our team up to date, on all new residential rental property compliance. This includes, Healthy Homes and repairs and maintenance required for your property.


What we will do
  • Manage your rental property from start to finish
  • Advertise to find quality tenants for your property
  • Handle all viewings (taking calls, organising viewings)
  • Tenancy placement (handling all necessary paperwork, credit and reference checks, collection of bond and week-in advance payments)
  • Regular property inspections (one month after move in, followed by three monthly detailed inspection reports, including photos.
  • Organise all tradesmen for any maintenance required
  • Handle all collection of payments (paid directly to your bank on a monthly basis)
  • Keep regular contact with you as the property owner
What this service costs
  • Boarding House Rooms = 3% + GST per room, per week Management
  • Weekly Rent $ 0 to $350 = 5% + GST Management Fee
  • Weekly Rent $351 upwards = 7% + GST Management Fee
  • Commercial buildings = 4% + GST monthly Management Fee
  • Multiple Property management discount = 6.5% + GST per week Management Fee
  • Casual Finder’s Fee = $170 + GST (Non-Managed Properties)
  • Tenancy Fee = $460 + GST (Tenancy Placement)
  • Rental Appraisals = $60 + GST
  • Property Inspections = $60 + GST
  • Pre-Tenancy Meth Screening = $85 + GST
  • Meth Screening at Inspection = $60 + GST
  • Subsequent test = $30 + GST
  • Yearly Financial Summary = $50 + GST
Please Note: Should you decide to cancel our services, all accumulated costs will be on-charged and payable, by you ‘the landlord’.

Property Inspections: $60 plus GST. One inspection 4 weeks after tenant’s arrival and then every three months thereafter. This will include a report to yourself and the tenant. Please Note: Out of town inspections will be subject to traveling costs.

Tradesmen: So, you need some repairs or maintenance done to your property. All requirements will be discussed with you prior to commencement. You can either action yourself, use your own tradesmen or we can coordinate and pay on your behalf for a service fee of $10. This and the tradesmen bill will be deducted from your statement of account on the 20th of the month following.
